If you just put in a regular old link to

If you want to go to a specific page, you have to insert an anchor where you want to go. You can see an example on test page 2.
While editing, click where you want the anchor, click the widget button, and then anchor. Name the anchor.
Now when you put in a link from the first page, you click the anchor button and type in the anchor name. Here's an example of how it works:
this is a link to the anchor on test page 2
when the link is to another file.
